Minimum let is 3 nights.
These prices are inclusive of linen, towels, electricity and central-heating.
Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. We ask guests to arrive no earlier than 4pm, and to let us know if they expect to be later than 6pm; and to vacate the premises by 10am.
Payment
A deposit of 10% should be made to secure a booking, and the remainder of the rental should be paid 4 weeks before the starting date of your holiday. Cheques should be made payable to Dr Margaret Habeshaw.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation in these 4 weeks, your money will be only returned if the cottage can be relet. All deposits are non-returnable. You should therefore consider taking out holiday insurance to cover this.
